SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION

  • Managing administrative matters, establishment and personnel welfare.
  • Managing all personnel matters.
  • Managing personnel performance and  dicipline.
  • Co-ordinating and managing the department assets and the inventory.
  • Managing correspondence and emails.
  • Managing the filling system.
  • Co-ordinating office security matter.
  • Co-ordinating all events run or sponsored by Department.
  • Co-ordinating the maintenace works of office building, vehicles and other equipment.

FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT SECTION

  • Co-ordinating all revenues and procurements.
  • Co-ordinating management store records for departments.
  • Co-ordinating the annual budget preparation.
  • Managing payments of salaries, allowances, EPF contribution, bill and other miscellaneous settlements.
  • Managing general finance matter, impress retail fund, ticket warrant and processing loan applications for vehicles and computer.
  • Managing general matters related to finance for local authority/State administration.
